Khadi Gramodhyog Board came into existence with the foundation of Gujarat state From last four decades board is trying to help village people partially or fully for employment at their own places.
The motive of board is to publicise Khadi and its activities to keep their inspiration source Gandhi Bapu’s reflections alive.
To empower rural communities by providing employment opportunities and promoting Khadi as a symbol of self-reliance and pride through government schemes and support.
To create a sustainable ecosystem for rural artisans by publicizing Khadi and fostering self-employment, while preserving traditional craftsmanship for future generations.
